Telkom Akses Regional 2 sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual, yaitu teknisi mengirimkan data tiket melalui chat Telegram kepada staf Performance Evaluation yang kemudian menyalinnya kembali ke Excel. Mekanisme ini menimbulkan sejumlah kendala, seperti ketidakteraturan format data, potensi human error, serta keterlambatan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat menyederhanakan proses rekapitulasi tiket sehingga lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, desain sistem, pengembangan sistem, pengujian sistem, deployment, dan analisis hasil. Website dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel, memanfaatkan Tailwind CSS untuk mengatur style pada User Interface (UI), serta MySQL sebagai database. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing oleh dua validator untuk mengukur kesesuaian fungsional dan pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) oleh 40 responden untuk menilai aspek kegunaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian fungsional sebesar 100% (kategori sangat layak) dan skor SUS rata-rata 85,875 (kategori Best Imaginable, Grade A+). Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan akurasi proses rekapitulasi tiket manage service project eksternal di PT. Telkom Akses Regional 2. _____ The recapitulation process of external managed service project tickets at PT. Telkom Akses Regional 2 was previously carried out manually, in which technicians submitted ticket data via Telegram chat to the Performance Evaluation staff, who then re-entered the data into Excel. This mechanism created several issues, including irregular data formats, potential human errors, and report delays. This study aims to develop a web-based application that simplifies the ticket recapitulation process to make it more structured and efficient. The research stages included problem identification, planning, system design, system development, system testing, deployment, and result analysis. The website was developed using PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, Tailwind CSS for user interface styling, and MySQL as the database. System evaluation was conducted through Black Box Testing by two validators to measure functional suitability and the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 40 respondents to assess usability aspects. The test results showed a functional suitability rate of 100% (categorized as highly feasible) and an average SUS score of 85.875 (categorized as Best Imaginable, Grade A+). These results demonstrate that the developed application can enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of the ticket recapitulation process for external managed service projects at PT.
