"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan model \r\npembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) yang didukung media interaktif \r\nGenially terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Bahasa \r\nIndonesia di SMP Negeri 12 Bandung. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan rendahnya \r\nmotivasi belajar siswa, ditandai dengan kurangnya antusiasme, fokus, dan \r\npartisipasi dalam diskusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif \r\ndengan metode pra-eksperimen, khususnya desain one-group pretest-posttest. \r\nPopulasi penelitian ini sebanyak 8 kelas, dan sampel yang terpilih kelas VIII-F \r\ndengan jumlah 33 siswa di SMPN 12 Bandung. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan \r\nangket motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan teori ARCS (Attention, Relevance, \r\nConfidence, Satisfaction) dan observasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan \r\nsignifikan pada motivasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan model TGT berbantuan \r\nGenially. Rata-rata skor motivasi meningkat setelah dilakukan perlakuan. Model \r\nTGT yang dipadukan dengan media Genially terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan \r\nmotivasi belajar siswa secara signifikan, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, melalui \r\npendekatan yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan kompetitif. Pendekatan ini \r\ndirekomendasikan sebagai strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar \r\nsiswa, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. \r\nThis study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the Teams Games \r\nTournament (TGT) learning model supported by the interactive Genially media on \r\nstudents’ learning motivation, particularly in the Indonesian language subject at \r\nSMP Negeri 12 Bandung. Preliminary studies revealed low levels of student \r\nmotivation, indicated by a lack of enthusiasm, focus, and participation in classroom \r\ndiscussions. The research employed a quantitative approach using a pre- \r\nexperimental method, specifically the one-group pretest-posttest design. The \r\npopulation consisted of 8 classes, and the selected sample was class VIII-F, \r\ncomprising 33 students at SMPN 12 Bandung. Data were collected through a \r\nstudent learning motivation questionnaire based on the ARCS theory (Attention, \r\nRelevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) and classroom observation. The results \r\nshowed a significant increase in students' learning motivation after the \r\nimplementation of the TGT model supported by Genially. The average motivation \r\nscores improved following the treatment. The TGT model, combined with Genially \r\nmedia, proved to be effective in significantly enhancing students’ learning \r\nmotivation both intrinsic and extrinsic through an engaging, interactive, and \r\ncompetitive learning approach.
