Pada penelitian ini, kompetensi pedagogik dan self efficacy adalah dua faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi minat belajar. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel yaitu Kompetensi Pedagogik (X1), Self Efficacy (X2), dan Minat Belajar (Y). Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan masing-masing variabel X1, X2 dan Y serta melakukan analisis dari pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan self efficacy terhadap minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Jurusan MPLB di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung yang berjumlah 144 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 106 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling untuk pengambilan sampelnya. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala likert. Data di analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan self efficacy berada pada kategori tinggi, begitu juga dengan minat belajar berada pada kategori tinggi. Kompetensi pedagogik guru mempengaruhi 29,1%, self efficacy mempengaruhi 33,7% dan keduanya mempengaruhi minat belajar sebesar 62,7%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran kelas X MPLB di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. In this study, pedagogical competence and self-efficacy are two factors that are thought to affect learning interest. This study consists of three variables, namely Pedagogical Competence (X1), Self Efficacy (X2), and Learning Interest (Y). The purpose of this study is to describe each variable X1, X2 and Y and analyze the effect of pedagogical competence and self efficacy on student interest in learning. This study uses an explanatory quantitative method. The study population was all class X MPLB Department students at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, totaling 144 students. The sample used was 106 students using probability sampling technique for sampling. The research instrument used a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression. The research shows that pedagogical competence and self-efficacy are in the high category, as well as learning interest in the high category. Teacher pedagogical competence affects 29.1%, self efficacy affects 33.7% and both affect learning interest by 62.7%. It can be concluded that pedagogical competence and self efficacy have a positive and significant effect on student interest in learning in the Basic Subject of Office Management Expertise Program class X MPLB at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung.
