%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) pada website percetakan Dulur Setting sebagai sistem informasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh belum optimalnya media informasi pada website Dulur Setting sebelumnya. Website lama Dulur Setting belum memiliki desain UI/UX yang optimal dalam menyajikan informasi layanan dan produk. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu solusi berupa pengoptimalan website sebagai sistem informasi yang mampu menjangkau audiens lebih luas dan memberikan kemudahan kepada pelanggan dalam mengakses layanan percetakan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Design Research Methodology (DRM) dengan pendekatan desain Lean UX yang mencakup tahapan Think, Make, Check, dan Iteration. Pengembangan yang dilakukan peneliti yaitu melalui perancangan antarmuka yang baru berbasis kebutuhan pengguna ¬dengan dilengkapi fitur dashboard admin. Kemudian diimplementasikan dalam bentuk coding dengan pengkodean back-end dan front-end menggunakan framework laravel. Setelah proses pengembangan selesai, dilakukan hosting website untuk keperluan pengujian dan proses iterasi. Selanjutnya, peneliti melakukan pengujian kepada para ahli melalui uji heuristic evaluation oleh ahli UI/UX, validasi konten oleh ahli materi (pemilik usaha), dan pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS) oleh 40 responden berusia 18-60 tahun dari kalangan mahasiswa dan pelaku UMKM serta 1 orang admin percetakan Dulur Setting. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain website yang dikembangkan diperoleh nilai 87,37 yang mana website dinilai sangat baik dengan grade (A+) kategori “Acceptable”. Berdasarkan hasil usability, website dinilai mampu menyajikan informasi yang sesuai bagi percetakan Dulur Setting dan mempermudah calon pengguna untuk mengenal produk serta melakukan pemesanan secara online.

This study aims to develop the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design of the Dulur Setting printing website as an information system. The background of this study is based on the suboptimal information media on the previous Dulur Setting website. The old Dulur Setting website did not have an optimal UI/UX design in presenting service and product information and was not interactive. Therefore, a solution is needed in the form of optimizing the website as an information system that can reach a wider audience and provide customers with ease of access to printing services. The method used in this research is the Design Research Methodology (DRM) with a Lean UX design approach, which includes the stages of Think, Make, Check, and Iteration. The development carried out by the researcher involved designing a new user interface based on user needs, complete with an admin dashboard feature. This was then implemented in the form of coding with back-end and front-end coding using the Laravel framework. After the development process was completed, the website was hosted for testing and iteration processes. Next, the researcher conducted testing with experts through a Heuristic Evaluation by UI/UX experts, content validation by subject matter experts (business owners), and a System Usability Scale (SUS) test by 40 respondents aged 18-60 from the student and SME communities, as well as one Dulur Setting printing admin. The research results showed that the developed website design received a score of 87.37, indicating that the website was rated as very good with an A+ grade in the “Acceptable” category. Based on the usability results, the website was deemed capable of presenting information suitable for Dulur Setting Printing and facilitating potential users in learning about the products and making online orders.
