Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mencatat dan memonitor pelanggaran secara real time dengan memanfaatkan React sebagai front end dan Supabase sebagai back end. Menggunakan metodologi Research and Development (R&D) berlandaskan model SDLC Waterfall, sistem berhasil meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, mempercepat monitoring, dan menyediakan akses transparan bagi guru, staf, serta orang tua. Pada User Acceptance Test (UAT), 100?% responden memberi skor minimal 4 (dari 5) untuk kemudahan input, keakuratan, dan monitoring real time. Nilai System Usability Scale (SUS) rata rata 87,5 angka tersebut menegaskan tingkat kegunaan yang sangat tinggi. Secara teoritis, penelitian menambah literatur penerapan TI dalam pengelolaan kedisiplinan; secara praktis, sistem ini mempermudah pengawasan, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mendukung terciptanya budaya disiplin yang lebih baik serta mengurangi potensi konflik antara sekolah dan orang tua. ----- Student discipline is a prerequisite for creating a conducive learning environment, yet at SMP?Negeri?1?Purwakarta violation records are still kept manually, resulting in frequent loss or incomplete documentation. This study develops a web based information system to record and monitor student violations in real time, leveraging React for the front end and Supabase for the back end. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) methodology grounded in the SDLC Waterfall model, the system improves data recording accuracy, accelerates monitoring, and provides transparent access for teachers, staff, and parents. In the User Acceptance Test (UAT), 100?% of respondents gave a minimum score of 4 (out of 5) for ease of data entry, accuracy, and real time monitoring. The System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an average score of 87.5, confirming a very high level of usability. Theoretically, the research enriches the literature on IT applications in student discipline management; practically, the system facilitates supervision, enhances transparency, and supports the development of a stronger discipline culture while reducing potential conflicts between schools and parents.
