Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan program bimbingan belajar untuk mengembangkan motivasi belajar santri. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka dan survey dengan menggunakan instrumen motivasi belajar santri yang telah diuji. Hasil penelitian menunjukan program bimbingan belajar disusun berdasarkan temuan gambaran motivasi belajar santri yang secara umum berada pada kategori sedang. Program yang dihasilkan telah layak untuk digunakan berdasarkan uji rasional ahli dan praktisi bimbingan dan konseling. Program bimbingan belajar hasil penelitian dapat menjadi panduan praktis pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan belajar dalam mengembangkan motivasi belajar santri Madrasah Tsanawiyah This research is motivated by the phenomenon of students who lack motivation, especially during the learning process. The aim of this study is to produce a learning guidance program to enhance students' learning motivation. The research employs a quantitative design with a descriptive method. The techniques used include literature review and survey, utilizing a student learning motivation instrumen that has been validated. The results show that the learning guidance program was developed based on the findings that students' learning motivation is generally in the moderate category. The resulting program has been deemed feasible for use based on rationality tests by guidance and counseling experts and practitioners. The learning guidance program produced by this research can serve as a practical guide for implementing learning guidance services to enhance the learning motivation of Madrasah Tsanawiyah students.
