Berdasarkan hasil observasi kurangnya pemahaman ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya keterkaitan dengan objek nyata, metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar “LENTERA” Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa kelas IV SD terkait materi kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Design and Development (D&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE mencakup tahap Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar "sangat layak" digunakan, dengan ahli materi mendapatkan persentase 95%, ahli desain mendapatkan persentase 95%, dan praktisi pembelajaran mendapatkan persentase 92,5%. Hasil uji efektifitas bahan ajar menggunakan rumus N-Gain memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,73 termasuk kedalam kategori “tinggi”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa bahan ajar “LENTERA” berbasis PBL sangat layak digunakan oleh siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar dalam memahami konsep kearifan lokal. This study was motivated by fourth-grade students who had difficulty understanding IPAS concepts, especially local wisdom material. Based on the results of observations, this lack of understanding was caused by a lack of connection with real objects and teacher-centered learning methods. The purpose of this study was to develop “LENTERA” Problem-Based Learning (PBL) teaching materials that could improve fourth-grade elementary school students' understanding of local wisdom material. This study employs the Design and Development (D&D) methodology using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the teaching materials are “highly suitable” for use, with subject matter experts scoring 95%, design experts scoring 95%, and learning practitioners scoring 92.5%. The effectiveness of the teaching materials was tested using the N-Gain formula, yielding a value of 0.73, which falls into the “high” category.
