Ancaman seperti pencurian data, kesalahan sistem, serta serangan siber dapat mengurangi kepercayaan nasabah terhadap layanan digital. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman nasabah terhadap risiko-risiko tersebut menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan behavioral intention to use layanan bank digital, khususnya pada Bank Neo Commerce (BNC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman nasabah atas risiko operasional dan risiko keamanan terhadap minat perilaku menggunakan layanan digital BNC. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah nasabah BNC dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenience, menghasilkan 121 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Setiap variabel dalam model diproksikan melalui konstruk dari Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), dan Perceived Risk Theory untuk menangkap kompleksitas pengaruh risiko terhadap niat penggunaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan pemahaman risiko operasional dan risiko keamanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use. Secara parsial, kedua variabel independen juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan, dengan risiko operasional memiliki kontribusi sedikit lebih tinggi dibanding risiko keamanan. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,5\% menunjukkan bahwa model menjelaskan proporsi besar dari variasi niat perilaku penggunaan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa edukasi risiko yang baik tidak menghambat penggunaan layanan, melainkan memperkuat kepercayaan dan adopsi teknologi finansial. BNC disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan transparansi dan literasi risiko guna mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah di tengah dinamika digital banking. The growth of digital banking in Indonesia offers transactional convenience but also presents significant operational and security risks. Threats such as data breaches, system failures, and cyberattacks can reduce customer trust in digital services. Therefore, customer understanding of these risks plays a critical role in determining their behavioral intention to use digital banking services, particularly at Bank Neo Commerce (BNC). This study aims to analyze the influence of customer understanding of operational and security risks on their behavioral intention to use BNC's digital services. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The study population consists of BNC customers, with convenience sampling yielding 121 respondents. Data were collected using survey questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Each variable was represented through constructs from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and Perceived Risk Theory to comprehensively capture the influence of risk perception on usage intention.The results show that, simultaneously, customer understanding of both operational and security risks has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use. Partially, both independent variables also have significant effects, with operational risk contributing slightly more than security risk. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 58.5\% indicates that the model explains a substantial portion of the variation in behavioral intention. These findings suggest that effective risk education does not hinder service usage but instead strengthens trust and adoption of financial technology.
