Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran sebagai alat yang dapat mendukung peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah khususnya pada elemen penyebab pendidikan perubahan iklim siswa fase C sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design and Development (D&D) dengan desain pengembangan pembelajarannya yaitu teacher design team. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket dan tes yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa fase C Sekolah Dasar, praktisi pembelajaran, ahli media, dan ahli materi. Media “Petualangan Finley” dirancang sebagai media digital yang bersifat interaktif dan mengusung pendekatan multimodal serta konten yang disajikan merujuk pada model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Hasil validasi media “Petualangan Finley” memeroleh kategori sangat baik dari ahli materi dengan persentase 91,34%, ahli media sebesar 93,75%, praktisi pembelajaran sebesar 92,86%, serta rata-rata respon siswa 95,38%. Media “Petualangan Finley” terbukti dapat meningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dengan peningkatan rata-rata skor N-gain pada siklus 1 0,93 dan rata-rata skor N-gain siklus 2 0,70. This research was motivated by the discovery of mosquito larvae in the school area, which reflects the students' low understanding of the concept of the water cycle, the importance of maintaining the availability of clean water, and its relation to climate change, which has an impact on the students' low problem solving skills. The purpose of this research is to develop learning media as a tool that can support the improvement of problem solving skills, especially in the elements of the causes of climate change education for phase C elementary school students. The method used in this research is Design and Development (D&D) with the learning development design, namely the teacher design team. The research instruments used were questionnaires and tests which were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The participants in this study were phase C elementary school students, learning practitioners, media experts, and material experts. The “Petualangan Finley” media is designed as an interactive digital media and carries a multimodal approach and the content presented refers to the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The results of the “Petualangan Finley” media validation obtained a very good category from material experts with a percentage of 91.34%, media experts at 93.75%, learning practitioners at 92.86%, and an average student response of 95.38%. “Finley's Adventure” media is proven to be able to improve students' problem solving skills with an increase in the average N-gain score in cycle 1 0.93 and the average N-gain score of cycle 2 0.70.
