Fenomena rendahnya keterampilan sosial peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sindanggalih, Tasikmalaya, menunjukkan urgensi perlunya model pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan observasi pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan sosial siswa yang diajar dengan model TGT dibandingkan dengan model konvensional, dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) < 0,05. Model TGT terbukti mampu meningkatkan indikator keterampilan sosial seperti kerja sama, komunikasi, dan tanggung jawab sosial siswa. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa model TGT efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pendidik mengintegrasikan model pembelajaran berbasis turnamen dalam proses pembelajaran untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif dan menyenangkan. Penelitian lanjutan dapat mengkaji efektivitas model ini pada jenjang dan mata pelajaran yang berbeda. Social skills are important competencies that need to be instilled early, especially in the context of Pancasila Education learning in elementary schools. The phenomenon of low social skills of students at Sindanggalih Public Elementary School, Tasikmalaya, shows the urgency of the need for interactive and collaborative learning models. This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model on the social skills of fifth-grade students. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and pretest and posttest observations in the experimental and control classes. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the social skills of students taught with the TGT model compared to the conventional model, with a significance value (2-tailed) <0.05. The TGT model was proven to be able to improve social skills indicators such as cooperation, communication, and social responsibility of students. The conclusion of this study states that the TGT model is effective in improving students' social skills in Pancasila Education learning. This study suggests that educators integrate tournament-based learning models in the learning process to create an active and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
