Rendahnya pengetahuan siswa tentang budaya daerahnya, membuat siswa kurang memahami makna serta upaya pelestarian budaya itu sendiri. Konten budaya yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya tari topeng Cirebon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri sosial terhadap kemampuan literasi budaya siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini terdiri atas 15 indikator literasi budaya yaitu lima indikator kognitif, lima indikator afektif, dan lima indikator psikomotor. Dengan pendekatan kuasi eksperimen, yang menggunakan dua kelas berbeda yaitu kelas eksperimen dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri sosial dan kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran direct instruction. Jumlah sampel masing-masing kelas adalah 30 siswa dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes, angket, dan observasi. Berdasarkan indikator literasi budaya, diketahui profil kemampuan literasi budaya siswa Sekolah Dasar berdasarkan hasil tes terhadap kognitif berada pada kategori kurang atau menengah, hasil angket terhadap afektif kategori baik, dan hasil observasi terhadap psikomotor mulai berkembang. Model pembelajaran inkuiri sosial diterapkan sebanyak sepuluh pertemuan dengan hasil rata-rata observasi pelaksanaan sangat baik. Perbedaan kemampuan literasi budaya berdasarkan hasil tes terhadap aspek kognitif menunjukkan kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai mean N-Gain Percent yang dikategorikan cukup efektif, sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai mean N-Gain Percent yang dikategorikan tidak efektif. Pada hasil angket terhadap aspek afektif nilai mean N-Gain Percent pada kelas eksperimen dikategorikan cukup efektif dan kelas kontrol tidak efektif. Hasil observasi terhadap psikomotor menunjukkan mean kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Sehingga, berdasarkan hasil Uji-T Independent Samples Test ketiga instrumen diketahui memiliki nilai Sig.(2-tailed) kurang dari 0,05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri sosial mempengaruhi kemampuan literasi budaya siswa sekolah dasar. Cultural literacy is the ability to understand and act towards Indonesian culture as a national identity. Students' low knowledge of their regional culture makes them less able to understand the meaning and efforts to preserve the culture itself. The cultural content studied in this study is the Cirebon mask dance culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the social inquiry learning model on the cultural literacy skills of elementary school students. This study consisted of 15 indicators of cultural literacy, namely five cognitive indicators, five affective indicators, and five psychomotor indicators. With a quasi-experimental approach, which used two different classes: an experimental class with a social inquiry learning model and a control class with a direct instruction learning model. The number of samples for each class was 30 students and the research instruments used were tests, questionnaires, and observations. Based on the cultural literacy indicators, it is known that the profile of elementary school students' cultural literacy abilities based on the test results for cognitive is in the poor or medium category, the questionnaire results for affective are in the good category, and the results of observations for psychomotor are starting to develop. The social inquiry learning model was implemented for ten meetings with the average results of the implementation observations being very good. Differences in cultural literacy abilities based on test results on cognitive aspects show that the experimental class obtained a mean N-Gain Percent value which is categorized as quite effective, while the control class obtained a mean N-Gain Percent value which is categorized as ineffective. In the questionnaire results on the affective aspect, the mean N-Gain Percent value in the experimental class is categorized as quite effective and the control class is ineffective. The results of observations on psychomotor show that the mean of the experimental class is higher than the control class. Thus, based on the results of the Independent Samples T-Test, the three instruments are known to have a Sig.
