Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dalam program Studi Independen batch 7 di Educourse.id yang menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Mahasiswa yang menjadi responden berasal dari berbagai disiplin ilmu dan terlibat dalam kegiatan pengembangan Platform and Web Developer (Specialist Education Platform). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Ex-Post Facto. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 119 mahasiswa peserta Studi Independen, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei melalui angket retrospektif self-assessment berbasis skala Likert lima poin, yang disusun berdasarkan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis statistik deskriptif, dan Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar setelah penerapan PjBL, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa model PjBL efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa pada konteks pembelajaran berbasis proyek In the era of technological advancement and the demands of the 21st century, the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model has emerged as an innovative instructional approach that emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and self-regulated learning in managing tasks. This study aims to analyze the improvement of critical thinking skills and Self-regulated learning among students participating in the Independent Study Program batch 7 at Educourse.id, which implements project-based learning. The participants came from various academic disciplines and were involved in the development of Platform and Web Developer (Specialist Education Platform). This research employed a quantitative approach with an Ex-Post Facto design. The sample consisted of 119 students from the Independent Study Program, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a survey method through a retrospective self-assessment questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale, developed according to indicators of critical thinking skills and self-regulated learning. Data analysis involved validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistical analysis, and the Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed a significant increase in both critical thinking skills and self-regulated learning after the implementation of PjBL, with a significance value of 0.000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05).
