Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan empat skenario pengujian, yaitu kombinasi resolusi 1080p dan 720p dengan kompleksitas gerakan tinggi (high motion) dan rendah (low motion). Setiap skenario diuji sebanyak 30 iterasi menggunakan perangkat lunak TSDuck dan Wireshark untuk memperoleh data parameter bitrate PID, delay, packet loss, dan throughput. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada resolusi 1080p, video dengan kompleksitas gerakan tinggi menghasilkan delay yang fluktuatif hingga 3,284 ms, packet loss lebih besar mencapai 13.348 paket, serta throughput menurun hingga 0,7 Mbps meskipun bitrate PID relatif stabil di kisaran 10 Mbps. Sebaliknya, pada kompleksitas gerakan rendah, performa transmisi lebih stabil dengan delay rata-rata 3,3 ms, packet loss sekitar 2.470 paket, throughput 4,2 Mbps, dan bitrate PID 3,7 Mbps. Pada resolusi 720p, skenario high motion menghasilkan packet loss rata-rata 1.740 paket dengan throughput menurun hingga 5,2 Mbps, sedangkan low motion lebih stabil dengan packet loss 1.420 paket dan throughput konsisten di kisaran 3,2 Mbps. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kompleksitas gerakan dan resolusi video, semakin besar beban transmisi yang diperlukan serta semakin tinggi risiko penurunan kualitas layanan siaran digital berbasis IP. ----- This study discusses the effect of movement complexity and video resolution variations on the stability and performance of MPEG-TS-based digital broadcast transmission via IP interface. The method used is an experiment with four testing scenarios, namely combinations of 1080p and 720p resolutions with high motion and low motion complexity. Each scenario was tested 30 times using TSDuck and Wireshark software to obtain data on PID bitrate parameters, delay, packet loss, and throughput. The results show that at 1080p resolution, videos with high motion complexity resulted in fluctuating delays up to 3,284 ms, higher packet loss reaching 13,348 packets, and reduced throughput to 0.7 Mbps, despite relatively stable PID bitrate around 10 Mbps. Conversely, at low motion complexity, transmission performance was more stable with an average delay of 3.3 ms, packet loss of approximately 2,470 packets, throughput of 4.2 Mbps, and a PID bitrate of 3.7 Mbps. At 720p resolution, the high motion scenario resulted in an average packet loss of 1,740 packets with throughput decreasing to 5.2 Mbps, while low motion was more stable with packet loss of 1,420 packets and consistent throughput around 3.2 Mbps.
