Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan memperoleh gambaran jelas mengenai proses transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan tunjangan profesi guru melalui implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dukungan aplikasi NVIVO. Informan penelitian berjumlah enam orang, terdiri dari ketua bidang guru dan tenaga kependidikan, ketua tim pengelola tunjangan profesi guru, dan anggota tim pengelola tunjangan profesi guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat proses transformasi digital yang berhasil mengubah sistem manual berbasis dokumen menjadi sistem digital terintegrasi melalui SIMTUN. Implementasi SIMTUN telah berjalan melalui fungsi manajerial, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan serta monitoring & evaluasi. Implementasi SIMTUN terbukti sangat mendukung proses pengusulan tunjangan profesi guru menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. SIMTUN juga memudahkan pemangku kepentingan untuk melakukan analisis data secara real-time dalam membuat keputusan dan kebijakan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen di sektor pendidikan. This study, titled "Implementation of Management Information System in Managing Teacher Professional Allowances at the West Java Provincial Education Office," aims to understand and clearly depict the digital transformation process in managing teacher professional allowances through the implementation of a Management Information System. Using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data management in this study was supported by the NVIVO application. The research informants totaled six individuals, comprising the Head of the Teacher and Education Personnel Division, the Head of the Teacher Professional Allowance Management Team, and members of the Teacher Professional Allowance Management Team. The study's results indicate a successful digital transformation process, transitioning the manual, document-based system into an integrated digital system via SIMTUN. The implementation of SIMTUN has been carried out through key managerial functions: planning, organizing, actuating, supervising, and monitoring & evaluation. SIMTUN's implementation has proven highly effective and efficient in supporting the proposal process for teacher professional allowances. Furthermore, SIMTUN facilitates real-time data analysis for stakeholders, aiding in decision-making and policy formulation.
