Faktor asupan gizi buruk, gangguan kesehatan mental, dan rendahnya aktivitas fisik diduga berperan dalam memengaruhi status gizi remaja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara asupan gizi, common mental disorders, dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi pada remaja di SMAN 1 Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode: Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 101 siswa yang dipilih secara proporsional dari tiga tingkat kelas di SMAN 1 Babelan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Recall 2x24 jam untuk asupan gizi, DASS-21 untuk common mental disorders, PAL untuk aktivitas fisik, serta Z-score Indeks Massa Tubuh per Umur (IMT/U) untuk menentukan status gizi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi pearson dan spearman. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan asupan lemak (p-value = 0,025; r = 0,223) dan karbohidrat (p-value = 0,021; r = 0,229) menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan status gizi remaja. Kesimpulan: Asupan lemak dan karbohidrat berhubungan positif namun lemah dengan status gizi remaja, sedangkan asupan energi, protein, common mental disorders, dan aktivitas fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Background: Adolescence is a vulnerable period for nutritional problems due to biological changes, eating habits, and lifestyle. Poor nutritional intake, common mental disorders, and low physical activity are suspected to influence adolescents' nutritional status. Objective: This research aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional intake, common mental disorders, and physical activity with nutritional status among adolescents at SMAN 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 101 students selected proportionally from three grade levels at SMAN 1 Babelan. Data were collected using a 2x24-hour recall questionnaire for nutritional intake, DASS-21 for common mental disorders, PAL for physical activity, and Body Mass Index-for-age (BMI-for-age) Z-score to determine nutritional status. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson and Spearman correlation tests. Results: The results of this research show that intake of fat (p = 0.025; r = 0.223) and carbohydrates (p = 0.021; r = 0.229) showed a significant relationship with adolescent?s nutritional status. Conclusion: Fat and carbohydrate intake have a positive but weak correlation with adolescent?s nutritional status, while energy intake, protein intake, common mental disorders, and physical activity showed no significant effect.
