The accessories produced combine inherited craftsmanship with innovative design approaches suitable for contemporary markets. This study aims to investigate traditional craft practices and the collaborative dynamics between artisans and designers in creating jewelry that is aesthetic, functional, and culturally sustainable. Using a qualitative case study method involving four traditional artisans and one professional designer, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of design processes and outcomes. The findings reveal that traditional skills can evolve through communicative and adaptive design interpretations. Cross-disciplinary collaboration enhances aesthetic quality, symbolic value, and product competitiveness. The study proposes the C.R.A.C.K.S. model—Contextual Knowledge Mapping, Rediscovery of Craft, Artistic Collaboration and Aesthetic Synergy, Concept Prototyping and Creative Experimentation, Kualitatif & Kinetic Refinement, and Sustainability Impact, Value & Expression—as a framework for tradition-based design innovation. This model is intended to support the development of the creative craft industry. Limitations include the small participant pool and narrow geographic focus, suggesting future research should involve broader cross-sector collaboration.
