Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tiga siklus tindakan, yaitu siklus I, siklus II, dan siklus III. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen observasi berupa IPKG 1 dan IPKG 2, serta lembar keterampilan gerak lokomotor siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kinerja guru dan motivasi belajar siswa. Pada siklus I, persentase kinerja guru mencapai 77%, meningkat menjadi 79% pada siklus II, dan akhirnya mencapai 85% pada siklus III, melampaui target yang ditetapkan sebesar 80%. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan gerak lokomotor, seperti berlari, melompat, dan menghindar. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan kucing-kucingan efektif sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan gerak lokomotor siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran fisik yang inovatif serta mendukung optimalisasi perkembangan motorik anak usia sekolah. Kata Kunci: Gerak Lokomotor, Permainan Kucing-Kucingan This study aims to improve locomotor skills in grade IV students of SDN Cilengkrang through the application of traditional games, especially cat-mouse games. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with three cycles of action, namely cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. Data were collected using observation instruments in the form of IPKG 1 and IPKG 2, as well as student locomotor skill sheets. The results of the study showed a significant increase in teacher performance and student learning motivation. In cycle I, the percentage of teacher performance reached 77%, increased to 79% in cycle II, and finally reached 85% in cycle III, exceeding the target set at 80%. In addition, students also showed an increase in locomotor skills, such as running, jumping, and avoiding. These findings indicate that the cat-mouse game is effective as a learning medium to improve students' locomotor skills. This study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions in the development of innovative physical learning methods and support the optimization of motor development in school-age children.
