UPTD Balai Benih Hortikultura (BBH) sebagai instansi yang bergerak dalam pengembangan benih hortikultura menghadapi kendala dalam penyampaian informasi dan promosi produk secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan sistem layanan informasi berbasis website guna meningkatkan jangkauan informasi dan efisiensi pelayanan di UPTD BBH. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang menekankan kecepatan pengembangan dan kolaborasi dengan pengguna. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel untuk backend, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript untuk frontend, serta MySQL sebagai basis data. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap functional suitability menggunakan metode blackbox testing dan usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik (100\% layak), dan nilai SUS sebesar 84,67 termasuk kategori A (Excellent). Website ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan dan mempermudah akses informasi bagi masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan. The development of information technology has driven various sectors, including public services, to undergo digitalization. The UPTD Balai Benih Hortikultura (BBH), an institution engaged in horticultural seed development, faces challenges in effectively disseminating information and promoting its products. This study aims to produce a web-based information service system to improve information outreach and service efficiency at UPTD BBH. The approach used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which emphasizes fast development and user collaboration. The system was developed using the Laravel framework for the backend, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, and MySQL as the database. System testing was carried out in two aspects: functional suitability using blackbox testing and usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that all features function properly (100\% feasibility), and the SUS score of 84.67 falls into category A (Excellent).
