Fokus penelitian mencakup strategi implementasi P5, upaya guru dalam mendukung penanaman nilai-nilai karakter, serta dampaknya terhadap siswa kelas III. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru wali kelas, panitia P5, dan siswa kelas III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi P5 berjalan baik dan berdampak positif terhadap karakter siswa, terutama dalam aspek akhlak beragama, akhlak pribadi, akhlak kepada manusia, akhlak kepada alam, dan akhlak bernegara. Guru berperan penting melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan bimbingan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, serta berakhlak mulia. Meskipun terdapat tantangan, perkembangan karakter siswa menunjukkan arah positif melalui pembiasaan yang konsisten dan dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah, keluarga serta masyarakat. This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) on the character of faith, and piety to God Almighty, and noble character of students at SDN 134 Panorama. The focus of the research includes the implementation strategy of P5, teacher efforts in supporting the cultivation of character values, and the impact on third grade students. The research used a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants included the principal, homeroom teachers, P5 committee, and grade III students. The results showed that the implementation of P5 went well and had a positive impact on student character, especially in the aspects of religious morals, personal morals, morals to humans, morals to nature, and state morals. Teachers play an important role through modeling, habituation, and guidance in instilling the character values of faith and piety to God Almighty, and noble character.
