Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai strategi dari SMP Darul Hikam Bandung dalam peningkatan mutu pada implementasi manajemen kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, studi dokumen, dan observasi dengan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, dan wali kelas sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan yang terstruktur dan komprehensif dalam siklus peningkatan mutu Plan, Do, Check, Act pada manajemen kurikulum dapat memberikan dampak yang positif pada mutu Pendidikan di SMP Darul Hikam Bandung. Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) yang digunakan juga dapat memberikan strategi yang efektif serta dapat membantu dalam mengetahui IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) dari SMP Darul Hikam Bandung. Dengan demikian, implementasi dari manajemen kurikulum dapat memberikan dampak strategis pada peningkatan mutu Pendidikan di SMP Darul Hikam Bandung. This study examines the quality improvement management strategies in the implementation of the curriculum at Darul Hikam Junior High School Bandung. The purpose of this research is to provide a clear overview of the strategies implemented by Darul Hikam Junior High School Bandung to enhance quality in curriculum management. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interviews, document studies, and observations involving the principal, vice principal of curriculum affairs, vice principal of student affairs, and homeroom teachers as informants. The results show that a structured and comprehensive approach using the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle in curriculum management has a positive impact on the quality of education at Darul Hikam Junior High School Bandung. The use of SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) also provides effective strategies and assists in identifying the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) of Darul Hikam Junior High School Bandung. Therefore, the implementation of curriculum management has a strategic impact on improving the quality of education at Darul Hikam Junior High School Bandung.
