Normalnya, siklus menstruasi berlangsung dalam 21 hingga 35 hari. Siklus menstruasi merupakan adanya gangguan dari pola perdarahan menstruasi misalnya oligomenorrhea, polymenorrhea, dan amenorrhea. Stress dan keadaan lain yang mengganggu fungsi hipotalamus dapat menyebabkan menstruasi tidak teratur. Metode: Penelitian ini menerapkan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan dengan metode penelitian deskriptif corelatif. Uji yang dipakai adalah chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan yaitu α = 0,05. Hasil: Hasil dari uji statistic chi-square nilai p-value yaitu 0,001 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan tingkat stress dengan siklus mentsruari pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 1 Cimalaka dengan nilai p-value yaitu 0,001 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Stress, Siklus Menstruasi, Remaja Putri Introduction: Stress is a disorder of the body and mind that can arise due to demands and changes in life. Normally, the menstrual cycle lasts for 21 to 35 days. Menstrual cycle are disorders of the menstrual bleeding pattern such as oligomenorrhea, polymenorrhea, and amenorrhea. Stress and other conditions that interfere with the function of the hypothalamus can cause irregular menstruation. Method: This study applies a quantitative research type with a cross-sectional approach and a descriptive correlational research method. The test used is the chi-square with a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: The results of the statistical test of the chi-square value the p-value was 0.001 with a significance level of 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between stress levels and menstrual cycle in female adolescents at SMA Negeri 1 Cimalaka with a p-value of 0.001 <0.05.
