Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan, uang saku, pola aktivitas, dan status gizi sebagai variabel independen dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi sebagai variabel dependen pada remaja putri. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional pada 90 siswi menggunakan rumus Slovin dan propotional sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, recall 2x24 jam, dan pengukuran antropometri. Uji statistik menggunakan analisis regresi logistik multivariat. Hasil: Kecukupan asupan lemak dan protein menunjukkan hubungan signifikan dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi. Siswi dengan asupan lemak tidak sesuai memiliki risiko 12 kali lebih tinggi mengalami gangguan menstruasi (OR = 12,3; 95% CI: 1,8–83; p = 0,010), sedangkan siswi dengan asupan protein yang sesuai memiliki kemungkinan 80% lebih rendah mengalami gangguan tersebut (OR = 0,2; 95% CI: 0,051–0,794; p = 0,022), setelah dikontrol dengan variabel kebiasaan sarapan, uang saku, kecukupan energi, dan status gizi. Kesimpulan: Kecukupan asupan lemak dan protein berhubungan signifikan dengan gangguan siklus menstruasi pada remaja. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya pemenuhan gizi seimbang dalam menjaga keteraturan siklus menstruasi. Background: Menstrual cycle disorders are increasingly common among adolescents and are influenced by dietary patterns, nutritional status, physical activity, and lifestyle. Understanding these factors is crucial to prevent more serious health issues. Objective: This study aimed to examine the relationship between breakfast habits, allowance, activity patterns, and nutritional status with menstrual cycle disorders in female students at SMAN 1 Ngamprah. Methods: A cross-sectional quantitative study was conducted involving 90 participants selected using Slovin’s formula and proportional sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, 2×24-hour dietary recall to assess macronutrient intake, and anthropometric measurements. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify significant associations. Results: The findings revealed that fat and protein adequacy were significantly associated with menstrual cycle disorders. Students with inadequate fat intake had a 12.3 times higher risk of experiencing menstrual disorders compared to those with adequate fat intake (OR = 12.3; 95% CI = 1.8–83; p = 0.010). Additionally, students with adequate protein intake had approximately an 80% lower risk of menstrual disorders compared to those with inadequate intake (OR = 0.2; 95% CI = 0.051–0.794; p = 0.022). These associations remained significant after adjusting for confounding variables including allowance, breakfast habits, energy intake, and nutritional status. Conclusion: Breakfast habits and adequate fat and protein intake are associated with menstrual cycle regularity.
