Anemia dapat terjadi akibat kurangnya asupan zat gizi, aktivitas fisik tinggi, dan durasi menstruasi yang panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi perbedaan kecukupan protein, mikronutrien, uang saku, aktivitas fisik, serta durasi menstruasi pada remaja anemia dan nonanemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukapakir Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2025 dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa perempuan sebanyak 64 orang yang terbagi ke dalam dua kelompok sama rata yaitu anemia dan nonanemia dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian, mencakup kuesioner food recall 2 x 24 jam, IPAQ-SF, dan kuesioner durasi menstruasi. Analisis komparatif terhadap 2 kelompok dilakukan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan kecukupan protein (p = 0,047), vitamin B12 (p = 0,043), dan durasi menstruasi (p = 0,040) pada remaja anemia dan nonanemia. Tidak terdapat perbedaan uang saku (p = 0,364), kecukupan zat besi (p = 0,104), vitamin B6 (p = 0,159), vitamin C (p = 0,717), dan aktivitas fisik (p = 0,473) pada remaja anemia dan nonanemia. Oleh karena itu, kecukupan protein, vitamin B12, dan durasi menstruasi berperan penting dalam status anemia pada remaja. Anemia has become a health issue in various countries and is generally experienced by teenage girls. Anemia can occur due to insufficient nutrient intake, high physical activity, and prolonged menstruation duration. The aim of this study is to identify differences in protein adequacy, micronutrients, pocket money, physical activity, and menstrual duration between anemic and non-anemic adolescents in the working area of Puskesmas Sukapakir, Bandung City. This research was conducted in January-February 2025 using quantitative methods and a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study consisted of 64 female students divided equally into two groups: anemia and non-anemia, using purposive sampling technique. The research instruments include a 2 x 24-hour food recall questionnaire, IPAQ-SF, and a menstrual duration questionnaire. Comparative analysis between the two groups was conducted using the Mann-Whitney test. The results of this study show differences in protein adequacy (p = 0.047), vitamin B12 (p = 0.043), and menstrual duration (p = 0.040) between anemic and non-anemic adolescents.
