"Masalah status gizi sangat kurus, kurus, dan KEK pada remaja mengalami \r\npeningkatan dari tahun 2018 hingga 2023 dimana masalah gizi pada remaja putri \r\nusia 16 – 18 tahun meningkat 1,4 kali dan angka prevalensi KEK pada wanita usia \r\nsubur usia 15 – 19 tahun meningkat 1,15 kali. KEK atau Kekurangan Energi Kronik \r\nmerupakan kondisi akibat kekurangan asupan energi dalam kurung waktu yang \r\nlama. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi tersebut adalah asupan \r\nzat gizi makro dan persepsi body image pada remaja putri itu sendiri. Oleh karena \r\nitu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan gizi makro dan \r\nbody image terhadap status gizi dan kejadian KEK pada remaja putri. Jenis \r\npenelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif desain cross sectional dengan teknik \r\npengambilan sampel Randome sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas \r\nresponden memiliki status gizi normal dan masih terdapat responden yang \r\nmengalami kejadian KEK dengan asupan gizi makro kurang serta persepsi body \r\nimage sedang. Uji korelasi menunjukan bahwa persepsi body image (p-value 0,011) \r\nsecara signifikan berhubungan dengan status gizi remaja putri tetapi persepsi body \r\nimage (p-value 0,090) tidak secara signifikan berhubungan dengan kejadian KEK \r\npada remaja putri. Adapun hasil uji korelasi menunjukan bahwa asupan gizi makro \r\n(p-value > 0,05) tidak secara signifikan berhubungan dengan status gizi dan \r\nkejadian KEK pada remaja putri.\r\n\r\nThe nutritional status problems of very thin, thin, and SEZ in adolescents have \r\nincreased from 2018 to 2023 where the nutritional problems in adolescent girls \r\naged 16 - 18 years have increased 1.4 times and the prevalence rate of CED in \r\nwomen of childbearing age aged 15 - 19 years has increased 1.15 times. CED or \r\nChronic Energy Deficiency is a condition caused by a lack of energy intake over a \r\nlong period of time. One of the factors that can affect this condition is the intake of \r\nmacronutrients and the perception of body image in adolescent girls themselves. \r\nTherefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between \r\nmacronutrient intake and body image on nutritional status and the incidence of \r\nCED in adolescent girls. This type of research is quantitative research cross \r\nsectional design with Randome sampling technique. The results showed that the \r\nmajority of respondents had normal nutritional status and there were still \r\nrespondents who experienced the incidence of CED with insufficient macronutrient \r\nintake and moderate body image perceptions. The correlation test shows that body \r\nimage perception (p-value 0.011) is significantly related to the nutritional status of \r\nadolescent girls but body image perception (p-value 0.090) is not significantly \r\nrelated to the incidence of CED in adolescent girls.
