ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sudah mulai memiliki motivasi belajar yang ditunjang oleh fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui fasilitas belajar, lingkungan teman sebaya, dan motivasi belajar, serta pengaruh fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini didasari oleh Teori Behavioristik mengenai perubahan yang terjadi dalam perilaku seseorang. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuisioner terhadap 210 siswa sebagai populasi, namun menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling sehingga sampel menjadi 138 siswa. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear multiple. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji keberartian regresi (Uji F) dan keberartian koefisien regresi (Uji t). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian keberartian regresi menunjukan model regresi dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan kesimpulan. Maka hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING FACILITIES AND PEER ENVIRONMENT ON LEARNING MOTIVATION AT SMK PASUNDAN 1 BANDUNG IN THE ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTION DEPARTMENT Akmal Iltizam Azka Advisors: Drs. H. ABSTRACK The problem in this research is that students have begun to have motivation to learn which is supported by learning facilities and the peer environment. The aim of this research is to determine learning facilities, peer environment, and learning motivation, as well as the influence of learning facilities and peer environment on learning motivation. This research is based on Behavioristic Theory regarding changes that occur in a person's behavior. Using descriptive and verification methods. The data collection technique consisted of distributing questionnaires to 210 students as a population, but using proportional random sampling techniques so that the sample was 138 students. Test the validity of the instrument using product moment correlation and test reliability using Cronbach's alpha. Classic assumption tests include normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The hypothesis tests used are the regression significance test (F test) and the significance of the regression coefficient (t test). Based on the results of regression significance testing, it shows that the regression model can be used to draw conclusions. So the results of hypothesis testing in this research showed that learning facilities and peer environment had a positive effect on learning motivation at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung.
