Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan anggota kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pencak silat yang berjumlah 60 siswa dan terbagi menjadi dua kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran peer teaching Pada kelas eksperimen kurang efektif berdasarkan tafsiran persentase N-Gain skor sebesar 47,01%, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dinyatakan tidak efektif dengan tafsiran N-Gain skor sebesar 28,57% . Namun model pembelajaran peer teaching memberikan peningkatan keterampilan yang lebih tinggi, yaitu sebesar 18,44 dibandingkan pembelajaran reguler. Perhitungan N-Gain skor menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 0,47 pada kelompok eksperimen (kategori sedang), sementara kelompok kontrol menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 0,28 (kategori rendah). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran peer teaching dan pembelajaran reguler terhadap peningkatan keterampilan guntingan luar. Model pembelajaran peer teaching menunjukkan hasil yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan keterampilan guntingan luar. This study aims to determine the difference in influence between peer teaching and regular learning models on learning outcomes of outer scissors skills in pencak silat extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 1 Suranenggala. This study used a quantitative approach with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design experiment. The sample in this study were all members of the pencak silat extracurricular activities totaling 60 students and divided into two experimental and control groups. The results showed that the use of the peer teaching learning model in the experimental class was less effective based on the interpretation of the N-Gain percentage score of 47.01%, while in the control class it was declared ineffective with an interpretation of the N-Gain score of 28.57%. However, the peer teaching learning model provides a higher skill improvement, which is 18.44% compared to regular learning. The N-Gain score calculation showed an increase of 0.47 in the experimental group (medium category), while the control group showed an increase of 0.28 (low category). Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in influence between the peer teaching learning model and regular learning on the improvement of outer scissors skills.
