"Latihan imagery merupakan suatu proses membayangkan atau menvisualisasikan kembali aktivitas gerak olahraga di dalam pikiran untuk memperbaiki kesalahan dan meningkatkan keterampilan. Dalam permainan hoki, imagery juga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan shooting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan imagery terhadap hasil shooting atlet hoki lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet hoki lapangan putri Kabupaten Bandung sebanyak 15 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes ketepatan shooting hoki (Kumar, 2010). Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik parametrik dengan uji Shapiro-Wilk dan uji Paired Samples T-Test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 15,60, nilai standar deviasi sebesar 4,997, serta skor terendah sebesar 10, skor tertinggi 24 dan total skor 234. Sedangkan, nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 20,20, nilai standar deviasi sebesar 4,459, serta skor terendah sebesar 12, skor tertinggi 28 dan total skor 303. Pada pengolahan data tes awal dan tes akhir diketahui nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan latihan imagery terhadap hasil shooting atlet hoki lapangan.\r\n\r\nImagery training is a process of imagining or re-visualizing sports motion activities in the mind to correct errors and improve skills. In the game of hockey, imagery can also be used to improve shooting skills. This study aims to determine the effect of imagery training on the shooting results of field hockey athletes. The method used in this research is experimental using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The population in this study were 15 Bandung Regency female field hockey athletes. The sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. This research instrument uses a hockey shooting accuracy test (Kumar, 2010). Data analysis using parametric statistical tests with the Shapiro-Wilk test and the Paired Samples T-Test test with the help of SPSS version 22. Based on data processing and analysis, the average pre-test value is 15.60, the standard deviation value is 4.997, and the lowest score is 10, the highest score is 24 and the total score is 234. Meanwhile, the mean value of the post-test was 20.20, the standard deviation value was 4.459, and the lowest score was 12, the highest score was 28 and the total score was 303. In processing the initial test data and the final test, it is known that the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that there is a significant effect of the application of imagery training on the shooting results of field hockey athletes."^^ .
