Subang Menyeduh, a community of coffee shop entrepreneurs, is one of those struggling with business success. Many of them fail to survive less than 5 years. Efforts are being made to boost the success of the coffee shop industry by developing new products and expanding its business network. The research was conducted to obtain an overview of the influence of product innovation on business success, the influence of business networks on business success, and the influence of product innovation and business networks on business success in the Subang Brewing coffee community. The research methods used are descriptive and verification method. An explanatory survey with a sample size of 40 coffee shop entrepreneurs was used. The path analysis data analysis technique was used with the Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) computer software. The study's findings indicate that the description of product innovation is in the good category, the description of business networks is in the very high category, and the description of business success is in the very high category. The influence of product innovation on business success is high, while the influence of business networks on business success is low, while the effect of product innovation and business networks on business success is 80.9%, indicating that the effect is very strong. Based on the findings of this study, coffee shop entrepreneurs are advised to improve in the design dimensions of product design and institutional networks in the hope of supporting the growth of the coffee shop business.
