"BangunAja merupakan aplikasi teknologi tepat guna yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan di sektor konstruksi di Indonesia. Berdasarkan observasi tim BangunAja, 10 dari 11 pekerja bangunan memperoleh pekerjaan melalui panggilan mandor, sementara 11 dari 11 pekerja mengaku hanya menganggur jika tidak ada panggilan kerja. Di sisi lain, 4 dari 5 konsumen kesulitan menemukan pekerja bangunan untuk proyek mendesak, dan mayoritas konsumen merasa hasil pekerjaan dari pekerja yang tidak direkomendasikan sering mengecewakan. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, aplikasi BangunAja dikembangkan menggunakan metode design thinking yang mencakup tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype dan testing. Aplikasi ini menghadirkan fitur unggulan, seperti sistem pencocokan tenaga kerja berbasis lokasi dan spesialisasi, portofolio digital untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas pekerja, serta jaminan pembayaran yang aman. Prototipe aplikasi telah mencapai Minimum Viable Product (MVP) dengan versi 0,1 dan diuji terhadap lima orang partisipan, baik yang sudah pernah menggunakan aplikasi BangunAja atau yang belum pernah menggunakan aplikasi ini, dengan skor Single Ease Question (SEQ) rata-rata di atas 6 (sangat mudah) dan Skor Single Ease Question (SUS) yaitu 75 yang masuk dalam kategori “Good”. Skor ini mencerminkan tingkat usability yang tinggi. Aplikasi BangunAja juga mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), yaitu SDG 8 tentang pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan serta SDG 9 industri, inovasi, dan infrastruktur. Dengan inovasi ini, BangunAja diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah dan memberi solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, mempermudah masyarakat menemukan layanan konstruksi yang handal, dan mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur yang berkualitas di Indonesia.\r\n\r\nBangunAja is an appropriate technology application that aims to overcome problems in the construction sector in Indonesia. Based on observations by the BangunAJa team, 10 out of 11 construction workers obtained jobs through calls from foramen, while 11 out of 11 workers admitted that they were only unemployed if there was no call for work. On the other hand, 4 out of 5 consumers have difficulty finding construction workers for urgent projects, and the majority of consumers feel that the results of work from non-recommended workers are often disappointing. Responding to these problems, the BangunAja application was developed using the method design thinking which includes stages empathize, define, ideate, prototype And testing. This application provides superior features, such as a location and specialization-based workforce matching system, a digital portfolio to increase worker credibility, and a secure payment guarantee. The application prototype has reached Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with version 0.1 and tested on five participants, both those who have used the BangunAja application or those who have never used this application, with a score Single Ease Question (SEQ) average above 6 (very easy) and Score Single Ease Question (SUS) namely 75 which is included in the \"Good\" category. This score reflects the level of usability the high one. The BangunAja application also supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely SDG 8 on decent work and economic growth and also SDG 9 industry, innovation and infrastructure.With this innovation, BangunAja is expected to be able to overcome problems and provide effective solutions in improving people's welfare, making it easier for people to find reliable construction services, and supporting quality infrastructure development in Indonesia."^^ .
