description: ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja (variabel X) terhadap disiplin kerja (variabel Y) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, dan responden sebanyak 49 pegawai dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan software Microsoft Excel 2013 dan IBM SPSS 22.0 for Windows. Hasil uji kolerasi variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,732 yang menunjukkan bahwa kolerasi kedua variabel tersebut pada tingkatan yang kuat, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 53,6%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung.   Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja     ABSTRACT  This study aims to analyze how much work motivation (variable X) affects work discipline (variable Y) by using descriptive research methods, quantitative approaches, and respondents as many as 49 employees with data collection using questionnaires or questionnaires. Data processing is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 and IBM SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. The result of the correlation test of variable X and variable Y is 0.732 which shows that the correlation of the two variables is at a strong level, with a determination coefficient of 53.6%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee work discipline at the PUPR Competency Development Center Region IV Bandung.
