"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para pelatih tentang\r\npenyusunan item tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik yang berdasarkan prinsip\r\nfisiologis yang membandingkan hasil dari tes daya tahan otot tungkai yang\r\ndilaksanakan di akhir dan di awal. Metode yang digunakan adalah one group\r\npretest-posttest design dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen dan pendekatan\r\nkuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan SPSS 25, prosedur analisis data meliputi, uji\r\nnormalitas, statistik deskriptif, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari\r\npengujian menggunakan nilai rata-rata, analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis\r\nmenghasilkan temuan bahwa tes yang dilaksanakan di akhir lebih efektif yaitu\r\n53.90 dan nilai tes di awal adalah 32.35. Dengan nilai signifikan (2-tailed) sebesar\r\n0,000 < 0,05 diperoleh dari uji hipotesis maka dapat disimpulkan Hα diterima dan\r\nHo ditolak. Berdasarkan temuan komputasi dan nilai statistik deskriptif tes di akhir\r\ndan tes di awal dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbandingan urutan item tes\r\ndaya tahan otot tungkai berdasarkan sumber energi.\r\n\r\nThis research aims to provide trainers with an understanding of the preparation of\r\ntest items and measurement of physical condition based on physiological principles\r\nby comparing the results of leg muscle endurance tests carried out at the end and\r\nat the beginning. The method used is one group pretest-posttest design using an\r\nexperimental design and quantitative approach. Using SPSS 25, data analysis\r\nprocedures include normality testing, descriptive statistics, and hypothesis testing.\r\nThe results obtained from testing using average values, data analysis and\r\nhypothesis testing resulted in the finding that the test carried out at the end was\r\nmore effective, namely 53.90 and the test value at the beginning was 32.35. With a\r\nsignificant value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 obtained from hypothesis testing, it can\r\nbe concluded that Hα is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on computational\r\nfindings and descriptive statistical values of the test at the end and the test at the beginning, it can be concluded that there is a comparison of the order of leg muscle\r\nendurance test items based on energy source."^^ .
