N2  - Dorokdok merupakan kudapan khas Kabupaten Garut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi komponen gastronomi pada kudapan dorokdok, perkembangan gastronomi kudapan dorokdok dan persebaran industri dorokdok di Kecamatan Leles untuk mendukung atraksi wisata Gastronomi di Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deksriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, kuesioner, studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kudapan dorokdok belum memenuhi sembilan komponen gastronomi, memenuhi lima indikator perkembangan gastronomi serta terdapat enam industri dorokdok yang tersebar di kecamatan Leles. Hal ini dapat menjadi peluang besar untuk pelaku usaha Industri Dorokdok, serta memberikan kemudahan untuk para wisatawan. Pemerintah serta pelaku usaha diharapkan untuk bekerja sama dan turut andil dalam mendorong kemajuan Industri Dorokdok sebagai atraksi wisata gastronomi di Kecamatan Leles.

Dorokdok is a typical snack of Garut Regency. The purpose of this study was to identify gastronomic components in dorokdok snacks, gastronomic development of dorokdok snacks and the distribution of the dorokdok industry in Leles District to support Gastronomy tourism attractions in Garut Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, observations, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. The results of this study reveal that dorokdok snacks do not fulfill nine gastronomic components, fulfill five indicators of gastronomic development and there are six dorokdok industries scattered in Leles sub-district. This can be a great opportunity for Dorokdok Industry business actors, as well as providing convenience for tourists. The government and business actors are expected to work together and take part in encouraging the progress of the Dorokdok Industry as a gastronomic tourist attraction in Leles District.
