N2  - Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini telah membawa perubahan yang mengharuskan organisasi untuk terus berkembang sesuai dengan tujuan dan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi organisasi adalah pemanfaatan teknologi yang belum maksimal, yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tersedia, sehingga berdampak pada tingkat produktivitas dalam penggunaan aplikasi yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan melakukan kajian yang lebih dalam mengenai penggunaan Aplikasi Surat Menyurat Elektronik (ASME) pada Perum Perhutani KPH Bandung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif desain eksperimen one group pretest posttest. Hasil analasis data yang diperoleh dari 35 pegawai di institusi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ASME memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kearsipan pegawai Perum Perhutani KPH Bandung Selatan.
The development of information technology today has brought about changes that require organizations to continuously evolve in line with their established goals and policies. One common issue faced by organizations is the suboptimal utilization of technology, influenced by the quality of available human resources, which impacts productivity levels in using applications that support the achievement of organizational objectives. This study aims to gain insights and conduct an in-depth analysis of the use of the Electronic Correspondence Application (ASME) at Perum Perhutani KPH Bandung Selatan. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method with a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design. The data analysis results from 35 employees at the institution indicate that ASME training has a significant impact on improving the archiving competencies of employees at Perum Perhutani KPH Bandung Selatan.
