Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerimaan khalayak terhadap konten yang di-posting di Instagram SohIB selama tahun 2023, serta mendeskripsikan kinerja media sosial akun tersebut selama periode yang sama. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi berbagai aspek konten media sosial, termasuk topik, jenis konten, sumber, tata bahasa, kualitas, efisiensi, akurasi call-to-action (CTA), bentuk, model atau konsep, dan kesesuaian medium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kualitas konten sudah baik, terdapat kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kemasan dan strategi komunikasi guna menarik perhatian audiens yang lebih luas. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi akun Instagram @id_sohib. This study aims to audit social media in an online community, using the Instagram account of the SohIB Community (@id_sohib) as a case study. The main focus of this research is to assess the audience's reception of the content posted on SohIB's Instagram throughout 2023 and to describe the social media performance of the account during the same period. Utilizing a qualitative method, this study evaluates various aspects of social media content, including topics, content types, sources, grammar, quality, efficiency, call-to-action (CTA) accuracy, format, model or concept, and medium suitability. The findings indicate that although the content quality is generally good, there is a need to improve the packaging and communication strategies to attract a broader audience.
