%X ABSTRAK  ANALISA KEBUTUHAN PERAWATAN PALIATIF PADA PASIEN STROKE DI RUANG ANYELIR RSUD UMAR WIRAHADIKUSUMAH    Hajar Zulva Sakinah  Email: hajarzulvas@upi.edu  Program Studi Sarjana Keperawatan  Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kampus di Sumedang    Latar belakang: Tingkat kebutuhan perawatan paliatif semakin besar beriringan dengan meningkatnya prevalensi penyakit kronis dan terminal. Stroke merupakan penyakit kronis yang banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Perlu dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kebutuhan perawatan paliatif pada pasien stroke. Tujuan: mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa tingkat kebutuhan perawatan paliatif pada pasien stroke di Ruang Anyelir RSUD Umar Wirahadikusumah. Metode: kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 68 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik time based sampling. Data diolah dengan deskriptif frekuensi dan uji korelasi Pearson’r. Hasil: Tingkat kebutuhan perawatan paliatif menunjukan sangat membutuhkan 3%, membutuhkan 23.5%, dan tidak membutuhkan 73.5%. Uji korelasi menunjukan sebagian aspek kebutuhan saling berhubungan, dan sebagian lainnya tidak berhubungan. Simpulan: Mayoritas responden tidak membutuhkan perawatan paliatif. Terdapat hubungan antara beberapa aspek kebutuhan paliatif pada pasien stroke.    Kata Kunci: Kebutuhan, paliatif, stroke                                          ABSTRACT  ANALYSIS OF PALLIATIVE CARE NEEDS IN STROKE PATIENTS IN THE CARNATION ROOM RSUD UMAR WIRAHADIKUSUMAH    Background: The need for palliative care is growing with the increasing prevalence of chronic and terminal diseases. Stroke is a chronic disease that occurs in Indonesia. It is necessary to measure the level of palliative care needs in stroke patients. Objective: to identify and analyze the level of palliative care needs in stroke patients in the Anyelir Room at Umar Wirahadikusumah Hospital. Method: quantitative with 68 respondents taken using time-based sampling technique. Data were processed with descriptive frequency and Pearson'r correlation test. Results: The level of palliative care needs showed a high need of 3%, need 23.5%, and do not need 73.5%. The correlation test showed that some aspects of need were interconnected, and others were not. Conclusion: The majority of respondents do not need palliative care. There is a relationship between several aspects of palliative needs in stroke patients.    Keywords: Needs, palliative care, stroke
