Hal ini menyebabkan pelajar mengalami burnout berkepanjangan. Fenomena tersebut dapat berpengaruh buruk bagi prestasi akademik. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan self healing dengan kejadian academic burnout pada remaja dengan usia pertengahan. Metode : Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif dan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 82 responden. Hasil : Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p value sebesar 0.046 < 0.05 maka H1 diterima, sedangkan H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan : Pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan self healing dengan penurunan academic burnout pada remaja pertengahan. This causes students to experience prolonged burnout. This phenomenon can adversely affect academic performance. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between self-healing knowledge and the incidence of academic burnout in adolescents with middle age. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach and cross sectional design. The number of samples in the study were 82 respondents. Results : The results obtained a p value of 0.046 <0.05 then H1 is accepted, while H0 is rejected. Conclusion : In this study there is a significant relationship between self healing knowledge and a decrease in academic burnout in middle adolescents.
