Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model manajemen program Professional Learning Community (PLC) berbasis model GOLAT guna meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di sekolah dasar. Program Professional Learning Community (PLC) telah diakui secara luas sebagai salah satu pendekatan yang efektif untuk pengembangan profesional guru. Refleksi kolaboratif sangat penting bagi pendidik untuk berkembang secara profesional, memungkinkan guru belajar tentang tantangan yang dihadapi rekan-rekan mereka dan mendapatkan saran untuk solusi efektif terhadap masalah pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design-Based Research (DBR) yang terdiri dari empat tahap utama: analisis kebutuhan, desain model, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner yang melibatkan guru-guru dari beberapa sekolah dasar yang dipilih sebagai partisipan penelitian. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model GOLAT yang diterapkan dalam manajemen program PLC mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan guru dalam proses pembelajaran kolaboratif, memperbaiki perencanaan pembelajaran, dan meningkatkan keterampilan reflektif serta evaluatif. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa model manajemen program PLC berbasis GOLAT adalah pendekatan yang efektif dan dapat diandalkan untuk pengembangan profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar. Model ini tidak hanya memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas dan terstruktur bagi guru, tetapi juga mendorong budaya belajar yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah. The implementation of PLC is often suboptimal due to a lack of structured and goal-oriented management. Additionally, the weakness of teacher workgroups in terms of communication and collaboration can hinder the effectiveness of collaborative learning activities, leading to a lack of confidence and active participation among members. This research aims to develop a management model for the Professional Learning Community (PLC) program based on the GOLAT model to enhance the professionalism of elementary school teachers. The Professional Learning Community (PLC) program has been widely recognized as an effective approach for teacher professional development. Collaborative reflection is crucial for educators to grow professionally, allowing teachers to learn about the chlmlenges faced by their peers and obtain suggestions for effective solutions to learning issues. This research employs a Design-Based Research (DBR) approach consisting of four main stages: needs analysis, model design, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires involving teachers from several selected elementary schools as research participants. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The research shows that the GOLAT model applied in the management of the PLC program can enhance teacher engagement in collaborative learning processes, improve lesson planning, and increase reflective and evaluative skills. The conclusions of this research affirm that the GOLAT-based management model for the PLC program is an effective and reliable approach for the professional development of elementary school teachers.
