%X Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian madu
terhadap penurunan asam laktat pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal
Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 66 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan
desain Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design. Populasi dari penelitian ini
adalah 35 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal Sekolah Menengah Pertama
Negeri 66 Bandung, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 20 orang diambil dengan
simple random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah Accutrend Plus untuk
mengukur kadar asam laktat, dengan satuan milimoles per liter (mmol/L). Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t. Hasil tes statistik nilai t hitung
menggunakan SPSS version 25 dengan teknik paired sample t test. Dari data PreTest Asam Laktat diperoleh nilai rata-rata 11.060 dengan nilai P 0.019 (P<0.05).
Dari data Post-Test Asam Laktat diperoleh nilai rata-rata 13.880 dengan nilai P
0.019 (P<0.05). Terdapat selisih yang signifikan antara Pre-Test dan Post-Test
sebesar 2.820 asam laktat dengan nilai t-hitung dari teknik paired sampel t test
sebesar 2.574 (t-hitung > t-tabel 2.100). Kesimpulan terdapat Pengaruh Pemberian
Madu Terhadap Penurunan Asam Laktat Pada Siswa Yang Mengikuti
Ekstrakurikuler Futsal Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 66 Bandung.
This study aims to determine the effect of honey on lactic acid in students who take
part in extracurricular futsal at Junior High School 66 Bandung. This study used a
Pre-Test Post-Test Control Group Design. The population of this study were 35
students who participated in extracurricular futsal at State Junior High School 66
Bandung, the sample used amounted to 20 people taken by simple random
sampling. The instrument used was Accutrend Plus to measure lactic acid levels,
with units of millimoles per liter (mmol/L). The data analysis technique used is the
t test. The results of the statistical test of the calculated t value using SPSS version
25 with the paired sample t test technique. From the Lactic Acid Pre-Test data, the
average value was 11.060 with a P value of 0.019 (P <0.05). From the Lactic Acid
Post-Test data, the average value is 13.880 with a P value of 0.019 (P <0.05). There
is a significant difference between Pre-Test and Post-Test of 2,820 lactic acid with
a t-count value from the paired sample t test technique of 2,574 (t-count> t-table
2,100). The conclusion is that there is an effect of giving honey to lactic acid in
students who take part in extracurricular futsal at State Junior High
School 66 Bandung.
