Model terintegrasi dikembangkan menggunakan model keberhasilan DeLone dan McLean, kesiapan teknologi (TR) serta faktor kegunaan yang dirasakan dari TAM. Data dikumpulkan dengan pendekatan probability sampling terhadap pengguna akhir aktivitas LMS SPADA Indonesia. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada mahasiswa dan dosen, dan diperoleh 286 tanggapan valid. Pendekatan pemodelan persamaan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial digunakan untuk menguji model. Bukti empiris hasil pengujian menunjukan kesesuaian model dan terdapat pengaruh positif yang tinggi dan signifikan TR terhadap Information System Quality (ISQ). Implikasi manajerial berupa peningkatan persepsi individu terhadap teknologi sebagai upaya PTS Wilayah IV dalam mendorong peningkatan penggunaan e-leaning oleh mahasiswa dan dosen. This study aims to determine the adoption of e-learning technology in increasing the benefits of E-learning in Private Universities (PTS) in West Java. An integrated model was developed using the DeLone and McLean success model, technology readiness (TR) and perceived usefulness factors from TAM. Data were collected using a probability sampling approach to end users of SPADA Indonesia LMS activities. Questionnaires were distributed to students and lecturers, and 286 valid responses were obtained. The partial least squares structural equation modeling approach was used to test the model. Empirical evidence from the test results showed the suitability of the model and there was a high and significant positive influence of TR on Information System Quality (ISQ).
