N2  - Peserta didik memiliki tingkatan keahlian yang berbeda-beda sehingga SMK perlu adanya penilaian terkait kinerja peserta didik mencakup kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data kinerja peserta didik sebagai Social Worker dalam praktik Asesmen dan Intervensi di SMK Pekerjaan Sosial, mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan kinerja peserta didik sebagai social worker dalam praktik asesmen dan intervensi di SMK Pekerjaan Sosial. Total sampling dari populasi adalah peserta  didik  pekerjaan sosial  kelas  XI Pekerjaan Sosial 1  yang berjumlah 35 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengolahan data kinerja peserta didik berdasarkan tiga aspek yaitu kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Kinerja pada aspek kognitif menunjukan bahwa hampir seluruh peserta didik sudah memenuhi kriteria kompeten dan sebagian kecil peserta didik sudah memenuhi kriteria sangat kompeten. Kinerja pada aspek afektif menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh peserta didik sudah memiliki sikap yang baik dan sebagian kecil peserta didik memiliki sikap yang amat baik. Kinerja pada aspek psikomotor menunjukan bahwa hampir seluruh peserta didik sudah kompeten dan sebagian kecil peserta didik sangat kompeten. Capaian ini menunjukan bahwa peserta didik kelas XI Pekerjaan sosial 1 sudah memenuhi kriteria kompeten pada praktik asesmen dan intervensi mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor sesuai dengan tuntutan kerja sebagai social worker.

Learners have different levels of expertise so that vocational schools need to assess the performance of students including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The purpose of this study is to obtain data on the performance of students as Social Workers in the practice of Assessment and Intervention in Social Work Vocational Schools, including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative to describe the performance of students as social workers in the practice of assessment and intervention at SMK Social Work. Total sampling of the population is social work students in class XI Social Work 1, totaling 35 people. The results obtained from data processing of learner performance based on three aspects, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Performance on the cognitive aspect shows that almost all students have met the competent criteria and a small proportion of students have met the criteria for being very competent. Performance on the affective aspect shows that almost all students already have a good attitude and a small proportion of students have a very good attitude. Performance on the psychomotor aspect shows that almost all students are competent and a small proportion of students are very competent. This achievement shows that students in class XI Social Work 1 have met the criteria for competence in the practice of assessment and intervention covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in accordance with the demands of work as a social worker.
