%X Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pelatihan Visualisasi Data Terhadap Pengembangan Talenta Karyawan Di  PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh pelatihan untuk mewujudkan pengembangan talenta di PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner tertutup pada 25 responden. Dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS versi 29.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score, gambaran umum variabel X berada pada golongan tinggi dan variabel Y pada golongan tinggi. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y didapatkan nilai 0,140. Untuk uji determinasi didapatkan bahwa variabel X berpengaruh sebesar 2% terhadap variabel Y. Sementara hasil uji siginifikansi diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar -4,196 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,069 maka thitung > ttabel, dan tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Ŷ= 64,949 + (0.157)X. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengaruh pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan talenta, dan terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yang dapat menimbulkan pengembangan talenta.    This research is titled "The Influence of Data Visualization Training on Employee Talent Development at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk." The general aim of this study is to understand and provide an overview of the impact of training on talent development at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques included the use of a closed-ended questionnaire administered to 25 respondents, with the assistance of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 29.0 for Windows. Based on the calculation of the Weight Means Score, the general overview shows that variable X falls into the high category, and variable Y also falls into the high category. Furthermore, the results of the correlation test between variables X and Y yielded a value of 0.140. The determination test showed that variable X has a 2% influence on variable Y. Meanwhile, the significance test results indicated that the calculated t-value (thitung) was -4.196, while the critical t-value (ttabel) was 2.069; since thitung > ttabel, there is no significant influence between variables X and Y. The regression analysis produced the equation Ŷ= 64.949 + (0.157)X. The conclusion of this study states that training has a significant impact on talent development, and there are other factors not examined in this study that could contribute to talent development.
