Di Gedung Kantor DISPORA Jawa Barat, total biaya LCC selama 50 tahun dihitung mencapai Rp113.009.576.538,46, dengan rincian biaya awal Rp34.525.339.310,57 (30,55%), biaya operasional Rp45.409.204.057,07 (40,18%), dan biaya pemeliharaan Rp33.075.033.170,82 (29,27%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai LCC menurun dengan kenaikan suku bunga dan sebaliknya, dalam rentang perubahan bunga sekitar ±30%. The building cost planning must consider Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis to ensure long-term economic value. In the Office Building of DISPORA West Java, the total LCC over 50 years is calculated to be Rp113,009,576,538.46, with details showing initial costs of Rp34,525,339,310.57 (30.55%), operational costs of Rp45,409,204,057.07 (40.18%), and maintenance costs of Rp33,075,033,170.82 (29.27%). The analysis results indicate that the LCC value decreases with rising interest rates and vice versa, within an interest rate change range of approximately ±30%.
