Kualitas tidur yang buruk dapat mempengaruhi keseimbangan tubuh yang menyebabkan risiko jatuh pada lansia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur dengan risiko jatuh pada lansia. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional pada lansia yang berada di Pusat Pelayanan Sosial Griya Lansia Ciparay sejumlah 68 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dan risiko jatuh diukur menggunakan Morse Fall Scale (MFS). Uji statistik menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Studi menemukan bahwa 63,2\% lansia di panti memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk dan 45,6\% lansia memiliki risiko jatuh rendah. Uji spearman rho menunjukkan bahwa kualitas tidur memiliki hubungan dengan risiko jatuh pada lansia di Pusat Pelayanan Sosial Griya Lansia Ciparay (p= 0,002). Simpulan: Semakin buruk kualitas tidur lansia maka semakin tinggi risiko jatuhnya. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini sebaiknya perlu dilakukan screening atau deteksi permasalahan pada lansia untuk menangani masalah kualitas tidur dan risiko jatuh. Introduction: The aging process causes a decline in the function of the elderly's body systems. Poor sleep quality can affect body balance, leading to a risk of falls in the elderly. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between sleep quality and the risk of falls in the elderly. Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 68 elderly individuals at the Ciparay Elderly Care Center using purposive sampling. Sleep quality was measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire, and fall risk was measured using the Morse Fall Scale (MFS). Spearman correlation test was used for statistical analysis. Results and Discussion: The study found that 63.2\% of the elderly in the care center had poor sleep quality, and 45.6\% had a low risk of falls. The Spearman test showed that sleep quality was significantly correlated with the risk of falls in the elderly at the Ciparay Elderly Care Center (P=0.002). This indicates that the poorer the sleep quality, the higher the risk of falls. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the poorer the sleep quality of the elderly, the higher the risk of falls. It is recommended that screening or detection of problems in the elderly should be carried out to address issues of sleep quality and fall risk.}, keywords = {Kualitas Tidur, Risiko Jatuh, Lansia Sleep Quality, Fall Risk, Elderly} }
