abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. STAD merupakan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang menekankan kerja sama tim dalam memahami materi pelajaran, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui interaksi kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test dengan kelompok kontrol non-ekuivalen. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X di SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya, dengan sampel yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Dua kelas digunakan sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol, di mana kelompok eksperimen menggunakan model STAD, sementara kelompok kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar berupa soal pilihan ganda yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata post-test kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi, menandakan pengaruh positif model STAD terhadap hasil belajar. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa model STAD berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dan dapat menjadi strategi pembelajaran alternatif yang inovatif bagi guru.

This study aims to determine the effect of STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) type cooperative learning model on students' learning outcomes. STAD is a cooperative learning model that emphasizes teamwork in understanding the subject matter, with the hope of improving learning outcomes through group interaction. This research used quasi experimental method with pre-test and post-test design with non-equivalent control group. The study population was class X students at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya, with samples selected using purposive sampling. Two classes were used as experimental and control groups, where the experimental group used the STAD model, while the control group used conventional learning. Data were collected through a learning outcome test in the form of multiple choice questions that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed a significant increase in the learning outcomes of the experimental group compared to the control group. The t-test showed that the mean post-test score of the experimental group was higher, signifying the positive effect of the STAD model on learning outcomes. The findings suggest that the STAD model has an effect on improving learners' learning outcomes and can be an innovative alternative learning strategy for teachers.
