Namun, masalah yang sering muncul dalam organisasi adalah kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi, yang dapat berdampak pada produktivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Sistem Informasi Kinerja Pegawai dan Remunerasi (SIJAWARA) terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 48 pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Subang. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Kinerja Pegawai dan Remunerasi (SIJAWARA) dinilai cukup efektif, sedangkan produktivitas kerja pegawai dikategorikan rendah. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara Sistem Informasi Kinerja Pegawai dan Remunerasi (SIJAWARA) terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai, meskipun hubungan tersebut tergolong rendah. The development of information technology today encourages organizations to continue to adapt to the goals and policies that have been set. However, a problem that often arises in organizations is the less than optimal use of technology, which can have an impact on employee work productivity. This study aims to identify the effect of the Employee Performance and Remuneration Information System (SIJAWARA) on employee work productivity. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire distributed to 48 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees at the Subang Regency Fisheries Service. Descriptive analysis shows that the Employee Performance and Remuneration Information System (SIJAWARA) is considered quite effective, while employee work productivity is categorized as low. The results of inferential analysis show that there is an influence between the Employee Performance Information System and Remuneration (SIJAWARA) on employee work productivity, although the relationship is relatively low.} }
