Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PTM Kutawaluya. Sampel berjumlah 12 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan Focus X Test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Paired Sample t-test dan Uji Independent Sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan latihan speed ladder dan latihan side to side with cone reach memberikan perngaruh yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan atlet tenis meja dan tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang siginifkan antara latihan speed ladder dan latihan side to side with cone reach terhadap kelincahan atlet tenis meja, akan tetapi latihan side to side with to with cone reach lebih unggul dan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan latihan speed ladder. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai sumber referensi bagi para pelatih dalam melatih kelincahan atlet tenis meja. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of speed ladder training and side to side with cone reach training on the agility of table tennis athletes. The method used is the experimental method. The population used in this research was PTM Kutawaluya. The sample consisted of 12 people taken using total sampling technique. The instrument in this research used the Focus X Test. The data analysis techniques used are the Paired Sample t-test and the Independent Sample t-test. The results of the study showed that speed ladder training and side to side with cone reach training had a significant influence on the agility of table tennis athletes and there was no significant difference in influence between speed ladder training and side to side with cone reach training on the agility of table tennis athletes, however side to side with to with cone reach exercises are superior and more effective than speed ladder exercises.
