Alternative Route Design of City Tour Bus Bandros as Tourism Transportation in Bandung City
N2  - Bandros merupakan salah satu transportasi yang menjadi daya tarik wisata bagi wisatawan saat mengunjungi Kota Bandung. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi rute Bandros yang sedang beroperasi untuk  dikembangkan rute alternatifnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey kuantitatif yang melibatkan 188 responden dari populasi wisatawan yang pernah menaiki Bandros dengan analisis data statistik deskriptif dan Sistem Infomasi Geografi (SIG). Hasil rute alternatif yang diusulkan untuk Bandros berdasarkan evaluasi persepsi rute Bandros dan kepuasan wisatawan yang didapat dari hasil mengisi kuesioner yang disebarkan. Hasil Penelitian alternatif rute Bandros ini mengfokuskan destinasi wisata sejarah dan belanja/kuliner yang terdapat di kawasan pusat Kota Bandung. Dengan demikian rute alternatif Bandros dapat mengeksplorasi titik destinasi wisata Kota Bandung sebanyak 40% lebih banyak dibandingkan rute sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pengelolas bus Bandros yaitu Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandung dapat mengembangkan rute Bandros agar dapat meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan dan kepuasan wisatawan dalam berwisata di Kota Bandung.

Bandros is one of the transportation attractions for tourists when visiting Bandung City. This study aims to identify the perception of Bandros routes that are currently in operation to develop alternative routes. The research method used is a quantitative survey method involving 188 respondents from the population of tourists who have ridden Bandros with descriptive statistical data analysis and Geographic Information System (GIS). The results showed a proposed alternative route for Bandros based on an evaluation of Bandros route perceptions and tourist satisfaction obtained from the results of filling out the distributed questionnaires. In this alternative route, Bandros focuses on historical and shopping/culinary tourist destinations located in the central area of Bandung City. Thus, the Bandros alternative route can explore 40% more tourist destinations in Bandung compared to the previous route. Therefore, it is expected that the Bandros bus manager, namely the Bandung City Transportation Agency, can develop Bandros routes in order to increase the number of tourists and tourist satisfaction in traveling in Bandung City.
