        abstract = {Pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya pada perusahaan yang masih bersifat manual seringkali menimbulkan kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh human error. HRIS menjadi salah satu jawaban dalam pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain UI/UX sistem pada platform website dan mengembangkan desain yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hal ini dikarenakan Human Resource Information System menjadi aplikasi yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk digunakan pada perusahaan di era teknologi informasi yang semakin berkembang.  Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan UI/UX adalah Lean UX dan pengujian usability testing menggunakan kuesioner System Usability Scale dan Retrospective Think Aloud. Temuan menghasilkan bahwa Lean UX dapat digunakan untuk merancang aplikasi HRIS dengan cepat dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Metrik efektivitas menghasilkan persentase sebesar 94,28\% yang membuktikan bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang sudah efektif dan memudahkan. Metrik efisiensi menghasilkan nilai efisiensi yang tinggi pada waktu 125 detik untuk menyelesaikan suatu tugas. Skor SUS sebesar 91 dimana mayoritas pengguna puas dengan aplikasi. Metode Retrospective Think Aloud memberikan data evaluasi dan rekomendasi dengan baik tanpa mengganggu peserta pengujian ketika pengujian berlangsung.

Management of resource management in companies that are still manual often causes errors caused by human error. HRIS is one of the answers in managing resource management more efficiently. This research aims to design a UI/UX system design on a website platform and develop a design that suits user needs. This is because the Human Resource Information System is an application that needs to be considered for use in companies in the era of growing information technology.  The method used in the UI/UX design is Lean UX and usability testing using the System Usability Scale and Retrospective Think Aloud questionnaires. The findings show that Lean UX can be used to design HRIS applications quickly and meet user needs. The effectiveness metric produces a percentage of 94.28\% which proves that the designed application is effective and easy. The efficiency metric produces a high efficiency value at 125 seconds to complete a task. The SUS score is 91 where the majority of users are satisfied with the application. The Retrospective Think Aloud method provides good evaluation data and recommendations without disturbing the test participants during the test.},
