Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain model Kemmis dan Taggart atau model spiral. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di salah satu SD Negeri di kabupaten Purwakarta yang berjumlah 30 siswa yang mendapat pembelajaran menggunakan model Reading, Questioning, and Answering berbantuan Website Global Digital Library. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah soal uraian siklus 1 dan siklus 2 yang disusun berdasarkan 4 indikator membaca pemahaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif sebesar 69% terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan model Reading, Questioning, and Answering berbantuan Website Global Digital Library dapat dijadikan alternatif solusi sebagai penggunaan model pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa. ----- This research addresses the critical issue of low reading comprehension abilities among elementary school students. Reading comprehension is essential for acquiring a wide range of knowledge, making it crucial for students to develop this skill early on. To tackle this challenge, the study explores the effectiveness of the Reading, Questioning, and Answering (RQA) model, enhanced by the Global Digital Library Website, in improving reading comprehension. The study employs Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis and Taggart spiral model. The sample consists of 30 fourth-grade students from a State Elementary School in Purwakarta Regency who participated in learning sessions using the RQA model assisted by the Global Digital Library Website. Descriptive questions, aligned with four indicators of reading comprehension, were used as instruments in cycle 1 and cycle 2 of the study. The findings indicate a significant positive impact, with a 69% improvement in students' reading comprehension skills. This demonstrates that the RQA model, supported by the Global Digital Library Website, can be an effective alternative teaching strategy to enhance and develop students' reading comprehension abilities.
