abstract: Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh beban kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Bapekom PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 50 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel dan program SmartPLS 4.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran beban kerja dalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,25. Gambaran produktivitas kerja dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor Weight Means Score sebesar 3,47. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukan nilai t-statistik sebesar 50,410 > 1,96 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara beban kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi PUPR Wilayah IV Bandung. 

This research is titled "The Effect of Workload on Employee Productivity at the Center for Competency Development (Balai Pengembangan Kompetensi) PUPR Region IV Bandung." Generally, this research aims to identify and obtain an overview of the influence of workload on employee productivity at the Center for Competency Development PUPR Region IV Bandung. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data processing was carried out with the assistance of Microsoft Excel and SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this research indicate that the workload is categorized as very good with a Weight Means Score of 3.25. The productivity is categorized as very high with a Weight Means Score of 3.47. Based on hypothesis testing, the t-statistic value is 50.410 > 1.96 and the significance is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant positive influence of workload on employee productivity at the Center for Competency Development PUPR Region IV Bandung.
